Yes - if you know the customer needs a refund you can pull the customer out of the pre-authorization holding period by going to the refund request and clicking the "Send Now" button.
This will immediately send a text to the customer asking them to provide their payment/reimbursement details. Once the customer completes the request, the refund will populate in the "Pending" section of the refunds tab.
