Do customers get notifications after submitting a request?

Yes we can set up the following notifications to automatically send out:

  • Confirmation message when a customer submits a request (Help, Feedback, or Refund)

  • When the status of a refund changes:

    • When the status is changed to approved the customer will receive a message that the refund is on the way.

    • When the status is changed to declined the user will have the opportunity to add a reason as to why the refund is being declined. This will send alongside the declined message.

All messages can be customized and are optional. If you would like these messages turned on or off you can mange this by navigating to Customer App Settings > App Content > Notifications.
