Yes. You will need to add Zendesk or Freshdesk as a user to the dashboard using the email you want to receive notifications. This will allow you to configure email notifications for that user and choose which email notifications should be sent to Zendesk or Freshdesk.
The “from” address in ZippyAssist notifications use the customer’s email address so any replies will use the customer email address by default - this is useful for the above helpdesk scenario. We have ZippyAssist customers who use Zendesk this way.
