Most information can be flagged as required or optional. Customer name and email is always mandatory. Customers must also choose one of Help Type, and Equipment Type. But other fields can be either required or optional.

To make these changes in the dashboard, click on the user's name in the top left and click on Organization. Navigating to the settings tab will show all the input settings that can be configured as required or optional.
