Can I change the wording used for the rating question?

Yes! The rating question and all other feedback-related text in your customer app can be fully customized. Here's how to find it:

  1. Go to Customer App Settings

  2. Select App Content

  3. Click into Content

  4. Navigate to Feedback Steps

From there you'll see all of the text fields that can be edited, including the rating question wording. Make your changes and click update β€” they'll be reflected in your customer app right away.
