With the ZippyAssist Wallet, operators gain access to an array of tools facilitating the seamless management and tracking of all refund transactions. This wallet empowers operators to maintain a balance, facilitating the smooth processing of e-transfer payments (via platforms such as PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle) to their valued customers. By enabling the convenient "Top Up" feature, operators can proactively ensure a steady flow of funds for refund processing, with automatic replenishment triggered whenever the balance hits a predefined threshold. For complete transparency, the transactions page offers a comprehensive overview of all incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring clarity and accountability at every step.

Wallet Overview

The wallet overview page can be access by clicking the "Add Funds" button on the side bar.

On this page, operators gain insight into their available balance, alongside a clear view of approved funds awaiting customer claim.

Operators can quickly increase their wallet balance directly from this page by simply selecting or entering the desired amount. Before finalizing the transaction, they receive a breakdown of transaction fees and the total charged to their card, ensuring full transparency.

Funds are promptly added to the wallet upon completion of the transaction, ensuring operators have immediate access to their increased balance.

Top Up

With Top Up, operators can easily maintain their wallet balance by automatically adding funds whenever it dips below a specified threshold, usually set at $20.

Operators simply choose the desired amount to add once this threshold is reached, then toggle the activate button and save to activate this convenient feature.

Top Up ensures operators always have funds on hand when they need them most.

Transaction History

The transaction page can be accessed by clicking on the User's name and then selecting "Transactions".

On this page, operators gain insight into all transactions pertaining to their Wallet. Deposits, credits, and withdrawals are listed for easy reference.

By clicking the dropdown, operators can access additional details, including the associated refund request for each transaction. In cases where a payment fails or is returned, operators will promptly spot it listed as a credit.

This overview ensures operators stay informed and in control of their financial activities at all times.
