Using the equipment tab to add/edit/remove equipment and view requests per machine

ZippyAssist allows operators to manage a list of equipment that can be assigned to requests. When an end user submits a request that includes the machine ID of an imported machine that machine's data will automatically be attached to the request. This eliminates the need to collect more machine information from the end user.

Equipment Tab

When viewing the equipment tab in the dashboard users will see a list of all the machines that are currently in ZippyAssist. Clicking the dropdown on a piece of equipment will show all the details for the machine as well as what help requests, feedback requests, refund requests, and customers are associated with that particular machine.

Adding Equipment

ZippyAssist makes it easy to add new equipment to the dashboard. When in the equipment tab click the "Add Equipment" button at the top of the screen to open a blank equipment information screen. This will allow users to type in all the information they need for that piece of equipment. After clicking "Create" users will immediately see that machine listed in their equipment list.

Adding Equipment in Bulk

If a large amount of equipment needs to be added at once the ZippyAssist team can assist by doing a bulk upload. Please use the attached excel spreadsheet to fill out equipment data and send to our team by utilizing the chat button in the dashboard.

Editing/Deleting Equipment

In order to edit or delete equipment users will need to find the piece of equipment they wish to change and click either the edit or delete button to the right of screen.
