Overview
The Accounts tab uses the equipment information that has been uploaded into ZippyAssist and separates that data by account.
This allows operators to view what is happening at an account level and see how many help requests, refund requests, and feedback requests are coming in for that particular account.
Implementation
When uploading equipment into ZippyAssist, all pieces of equipment that are located at the same account need to have the same information in the "Account Name" field of their equipment tag.
Equipment that shares the same information in the "Account Name" field will then be grouped together in the Accounts tab.
