Google Reviews is an influential source of information for people researching your company. They may be looking for a service provider for their business or facility, or a prospective employee considering whether they should join your company.
ZippyAssist can help you boost your Google Review score by prompting customers who give you a high feedback score to also submit a Google Review.
External review configuration
You can configure the external review settings on the operator dashboard, using the “Automations” tab (located under Settings in the side panel).
Following are descriptions for the available settings.
Review URL
Enter the URL used to submit Google Reviews for your business. For more information see How to make a link for customers to write reviews on Google
For ratings
Select what review scores will see the prompt to leave a review. For example, if you select “7 and above” then any customer leaving a feedback score of 7, 8, 9, or 10 will see the “Leave a review” button.
Activate external reviews
To turn on this feature turn set the External review prompt switch in the Activate section to “On”
