Filtering
Most data views provide the ability to filter results – options will vary depending on the data displayed.
To add a filter, use the dropdown menu or click the button for the appropriate filter and select the option to include.
For example, to only view help requests with the status “Open”, click the "Open" button.
To view help requests by specific equipment type, click the “Equipment” filter dropdown and select the equipment type. |

To remove a filter either deselect options used to filter or use the “Rest filters” option next to the filter section.
Sorting
Data views can be sorted using the sort icon displayed in supported sorting options, such as “Status” with the help requests, or “Rating” with feedback submissions.
To sort, click on the text of the column header. For example, to sort by Status on the help requests tab click the “Status” text in the column header.
Click the text again to change the sort order - ascending or descending. |

Exporting
Data can be exported from data views using the Export button at the bottom of the page.
A number of formats are supported including Excel and CSV.
Data exports will provide all data for each row – not just the columns visible in the dashboard at the time the data is exported.
