Customize how data is displayed in the dashboard

The Adjustable Columns feature lets you customize the data displayed in your tables to match your workflow. You can control both which columns appear and how wide each one is.

Key Features

Customize Visible Columns

Use the Columns menu at the bottom of the table to choose which fields you want to see. You can toggle options such as Name, Type, Email, Equipment, Tag ID, Asset ID, and many others.

Resize Columns

Need more space to view long values? Click and drag the edge of any column header to resize it.

Table-Specific Options

Each table will offer different fields based on the data type. For example:

  • Help Requests may include fields like Visitor ID, Tag Name, and Equipment.

  • Refunds may offer Refund Method, Amount, and Refund Status.

  • Customer records may include Email, Mobile, and Contact History.

Reset to Default

Click the Reset All option in the Columns menu to return to the default layout.

How to Use

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the table and click Columns.

  2. Check or uncheck fields to show or hide them.

  3. Click and drag the edge of a column header to adjust its width.

  4. Changes are saved automatically during your session.

This feature gives you the flexibility to focus on the data that matters most to you.
