The Audit Log lets you track changes made to Help, Refund, Customer, and Voice Message records. It’s designed to give you a clear view of who made what change and when it happened.

What You Can Do

  • See Who Made a Change
Every record in the audit log shows the user or system that made the change, along with the date and time it happened.

  • Track Specific Changes
For each entry, you'll see the field that was updated, its value before the change, and what it was changed to.

  • View Detailed Record History
Click the arrow to the left of any row to drop down and view more details about the record that was modified.

Filters

To help narrow things down, you can filter the log:

  • By User: Choose a specific user to see only the actions they performed.

  • By Audit Type: Filter by the type of record that was changed—Customer, Help, Refund, or Voice Message.

Example Use Cases

  • See who approved or failed a refund.

  • Track changes to customer preferences or tags.

  • Confirm edits made to help documentation or voice message settings.

This tool provides transparency and accountability across your team, helping you stay on top of activity and quickly troubleshoot issues when needed.
