The Response Templates feature allows users to create reusable message templates when approving or declining refund requests. These templates streamline communication and help maintain consistency across your organization.
Where to Find It
You can access Response Templates by navigating to the "Response Templates" tab from the settings menu which can be accessed by clicking on the user's name.
Creating a Template
Click the "Add Template" button.
Enter a Name for your template.
Provide message content in English, Spanish, and/or French. Each language supports up to 300 characters.
Click "Create" to save your template.
Using Templates
When processing a refund, you’ll see a dropdown menu in the message field labeled "Reason for approving" or "Reason for declining."
Choose from your saved templates or stick with the System Default.
Select the appropriate language tab to auto-fill the message in that language.
All templates are shared across your organization, so any user can select and use them during refund workflows.
