Overview
The Cantaloupe Seed Integration allows you to sync and manage equipment data between your Cantaloupe Seed account and ZippyAssist. Follow the steps below to set up and enable this integration.
Step 1: Navigate to Integrations
Log into your ZippyAssist account.
From the left-hand menu, click on Integrations.
Click on Add Integration.
Step 2: Select Integration Type
In the "Integration" screen, select Cantaloupe Seed from the list of available integration types.
Step 3: Get Seed API Credentials
To set up the Cantaloupe Seed integration, you'll need API credentials from your Cantaloupe account. Follow these steps:
Send a request to your Cantaloupe Account Manager to enable the ZippyAssist integration in Seed.
Provide the email address and cellphone number of the person who will enter the credentials for the integration into ZippyAssist.
Cantaloupe will send the username and password to that individual, which they can use to complete the integration setup in ZippyAssist.
Step 4: Enter Credentials
Enter your Username and Password for the Cantaloupe Seed API into the provided fields.
Click Check Connection to verify that the credentials are correct.
Step 5: Configure Automations
Toggle Sync Equipment to "Yes" to automatically keep imported equipment data up to date.
Toggle Enabled to "Yes" to activate the integration.
Step 6: Save the Integration
Click Update to save your integration settings.
Once completed, your Cantaloupe Seed Integration will be active and equipment data will automatically sync with ZippyAssist.

If you encounter any issues during setup, ensure that your Cantaloupe API credentials are correct.
